SheaDare Spa @Home Ritual — 4-Step Self-Care Routine

Relaxing. Rejuvenating. 100 % natural. Takes 45 minutes.

1. Sip & Soften

Product: Natural Herbal Infusion (tea)

Use: Boil water, steep 1 tsp of herbs for 5–7 minutes. Sip slowly while preparing your bath.

Why: Starts inner detox and relaxation. Warm tea helps the body unwind from the inside.

2. Soak & Release

Product: Baltic Bath Salt

Use: Add 2–3 tablespoons into warm bathwater. Stir to dissolve. Soak 15–20 minutes.

Why: The mineral-rich salt relieves tension, softens skin, and soothes tired muscles.

3. Cleanse & Glow

Product: Handmade Soap

Use: Lather between your hands or on a sponge. Wash body in gentle circular motions. Rinse with warm water.

Why: Cleanses deeply without drying. Natural oils leave skin soft and lightly scented.

4. Seal & Nourish

Product: Bergamot Shea Butter (or variant)

Use: Pat skin dry. Scoop a small amount, melt between hands, and massage onto skin—legs, arms, feet.

Why: Locks in moisture, softens skin, and calms the mind with subtle bergamot notes.

Your 45-Minute Ritual Routine

Step 1: Breathe & Brew

Product: Relaxing Herbal Tea

Use: Boil water. Steep 1 tsp of herbs in a mug for 5–7 minutes.

Ritual Tip: While it steeps, close your eyes. Inhale for 4 seconds, exhale for 6.

Why: Starts the spa mood. Herbal blends reduce stress hormones and set your nervous system to “calm mode.”

Step 2: Soak & Bloom

Product: Hibiscus Himalayan Bath Salt (with almond powder)

Use: Pour 2–3 tablespoons into warm bathwater. Mix gently. Step in and soak for 15–20 min.

Sensory Touch: Pink water, floral notes, silky softness from almond.

Why: Himalayan salt restores minerals. Hibiscus firms and tones the skin. Almond soothes and hydrates.

Step 3: Lather & Release

Product: Handmade Soap

Use: Rub directly on damp skin or with a sponge. Cleanse in long, gentle strokes. Rinse off slowly.

Step 4: Massage & Melt

Product: SheaDare Relax Massage Oil

Use: Towel dry. Warm a few drops of oil between hands. Apply with firm but slow circular motions—shoulders, neck, calves, feet.
